Pipelines
Operations
Run controls — devops and approvers only.
Ingestion — pause & resume
Only until I unpause survives a quiet GPU and the 12am window.
Reading the ingestion control…
At latest. This is the longest it can last, not a promise: it also ends as soon as the GPU has been quiet for about four minutes, or when the 12am window opens — whichever comes first. Use Until I unpause if it has to survive all three.
Schedules & exemptions
Recurring blockers
Standing weekly quiet hours — Mon Tue Wed, 6:30 PM – 10:15 PM, say. A blocker is absolute while it is in force: no GPU reading releases it, a pause “for now” does not outrank it, and it beats the scheduled 12am–8am window for any hours they overlap. To block an evening into the next morning set the end earlier than the start (10:00 PM to 2:00 AM). Times are Phoenix time.
Do not disturb — programs
While any of these is running the machine counts as in use and
nothing new starts — window or no window, GPU or CPU.
A book already being transcribed is never killed. Type the name Windows
uses (the image name, like Wow.exe), not the title of the
game; the match ignores capitals but is otherwise exact.
Nightly window
Reading the clock…
GPU guard: not published — it is read on the home machine before each run and has no public surface yet.
Pipeline steps
Outcomes shown are the most recent run only, not a history.
Run levers — GitHub Actions
Opens the real workflow on GitHub; the three Deploy rows
share one — pick the target there.
Shelf server
The shelf server does not exist yet — this reports "not configured" until it does. See the shelf runbook.
Run history
Not wired up yet. Per-run logs (ingestion, backups, Drive sync, detail sweeps) are written on the home machine and are not published anywhere this page can read. What IS live is the current run, in the row at the top of this section, and each workflow's own history behind the Run levers above.
