A quiet dot, not a dashboard: green means the last check was healthy, amber means it is worth a glance, red means something stopped answering the way it should.

index.heygabi.ai — one cross-catalog pointer table, fed by snapshot pushes from each catalog. A source's row age is how long ago it last pushed, not how old the data inside it is.
